1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to the website chatreel.io (the "Website"), your purchase of licenses, and your download, installation, and use of the VideoMyChat desktop software application for Windows, macOS, and Linux (the "Software"). The Software enables the conversion of chat conversations into animated videos. The Website and Software are owned and operated by Bitygan Projects (Pty) Ltd, a company duly registered in the Republic of South Africa.

1.2. By accessing the Website, registering for an account, initiating a Free Trial, purchasing a license (either subscription or lifetime), downloading, installing, or using the Software, you ("User", "Licensee", "you", "your") signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Software and Service

2.1. Bitygan provides the VideoMyChat Software, a desktop application installable on compatible Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. The Software allows registered users to input or import chat conversation data ("User Content") and utilize the Software's features to generate animated video representations of that content ("Generated Videos").

3. User Accounts

3.1. To initiate a Free Trial, purchase a license, download the Software, and potentially activate certain features, you may be required to register for an account on the Website.

4. Free Trial

4.1. Availability: Bitygan may offer a one-time free trial ("Free Trial") of the Software to new users upon registration, subject to availability and Bitygan's discretion.

5. Software Usage

5.1. Usage Terms: The Software is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use.

5.2. Restrictions: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software.
